1. How long does shipping take?

Standard shipments are shipped with USPS and usually reach their destination in 3-7 business days, but occasionally take longer if the carrier is experiencing unexpected delays.

2. Do you offer expedited shipping?

3. What is the cost of shipping?

For domestic orders, we offer free standard shipping on all orders above $15.  For orders under $15, our standard shipping fee is a flat rate of $4.90.

4. How long is the shelf life of your treats?

Our treats are made with high-quality ingredients to ensure freshness. The shelf life of our treats is typically 6-8 months from the date of purchase.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

As our products are perishable, all treat sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. What is your refund policy?

We will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be spoiled during transit. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. 7. How do I make a replacement order?

To make a replacement order, please provide us with your name, email, order number, and a picture of the wrong/damaged item. Additionally, please provide any changes necessary to correct/make the replacement order, such as color, size, style, etc. Once we have this information, we will process the replacement order and send it out to you.

8. Can I return sale items or gift cards?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

9. What if my order is returned or undelivered?

Jake's Bakes Gourmet Dog Treats is not responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undelivered due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Please ensure that you provide accurate address information to avoid any delivery issues.
